What are the benefits of strength training? 🏋️♂️

3️⃣ Increases confidence and self-esteem.

4️⃣ Reduces tension (stress) associated with everyday life.

5️⃣ Teaches self-discipline that transfers to other areas of life.

6️⃣ Improves myocardial function ❤️ and regulates pressure.

7️⃣ Works well in preventing various diseases such as osteoporosis or cardiovascular diseases.

8️⃣ Increases skeletal density and ligament strength, thus reducing the risk of fractures, sprains and other injuries.🦴

9️⃣ Improves hormone levels e.g. sensitivity to insulin.

🔟 Strengthens the immune system (immune system).
